PAUL STURROCK will return to Plymouth with Saints, following the confirmation of four of six pre-season friendlies.
The match at Home Park has been arranged for Saturday July 31, kick-off 3pm and will be Saints' first pre-season fixture on English soil.
It is expected to draw a large crowd with Argyle fans eager to pay tribute to a man who led them to the top of Division 2 before he departed to manage Saints early in March.
Plymouth went on to take the title and clinch promotion to Division 1 and a party atmosphere is expected.
The match takes place just a few days after Saints return from their pre-season tour of Sweden.
Saints start their build-up to the new campaign in Sweden against Division 2 (West) part-timers Gais on Wednesday July 21.
They then play Asebro IF on Saturday, July 24, kick-off at 4pm, and finish off against Anders Svensson's old club Elfsborg in Boras on Tuesday, July 27, kick-off 7pm.
After the Plymouth match, they are likely to play a midweek friendly - possibly at Swindon.
It is then planned to stage a home friendly on Saturday, August 7 although no opposition has yet been confirmed.
The new Premiership season kicks off the following week on August 14 with the fixtures announced on Thursday, June 24.
