There was an update on traffic calming. It was suggested that rounded kerbs should replace the granite blocks currently in place on Bramley Road.
It was noted that the 40mph signs at the end of the plantation were still to be removed.
An application has been submitted for Calor Village of the Year.
Regarding the picnic area, three village groups had been asked about their views.
One group did not wish to see an enclosure in case of vandalism, while the other two groups fully supported the project.
