SIX top pop acts have been added to the line-up for this year's Power in the Park pop concert in Southampton.
The latest announcements are Natasha Bedingfield, Girls Aloud, Javine, Mark Owen, 411 and Bellefire.
They will be joining a host of other chart stars in the free concert on Southampton Common on Sunday, June 13.
Other names confirmed for the tenth annual show are Blue, Jamelia and Deepest Blue. At least another ten acts are expected to be announced over the next few weeks.
Welcoming the announcement, DJ Rachel Brookes, from Power FM's breakfast show, said: "We have always attracted the biggest names in pop. Stars such as those already confirmed to help celebrate our tenth birthday promise the best Power in the Park yet."
Natasha Bedingfield will be following in the steps of her brother Daniel, who caused a sensation when he performed at the Power in the Park two years ago.
The singer-songwriter's debut single, titled Single, reached number three in the charts this month.
Bellefire are an all-girl Irish trio made up of sisters Cathy and Ciara Newell and their "unofficially adopted" sibling Kelly Kilfeather. They released their debut single, Say Something Anyway, last month.
Girls Aloud, the band formed on Popstars: The Rivals two years ago, will be making their second successive Power in the Park appearance.
One of the highlights of the concert is set to be Mark Owen, the former Take That singer.
Javine, who lost out on a place in Girls Aloud, has had two hit singles, Real Things and Surrender (Your Love) and releases her debut album, Surrender, next month.
The 411 are a four-piece hip-hop girl group from the UK. They release their first single, On My Knees, next month.
Although this year's concert is free as usual, entry is by ticket only. Safety concerns have led to organisers Power FM deciding to fence off the concert, meaning that only 30,000 music fans - about half the usual Power in the Park audience - will be admitted.
Don't miss the Daily Echo on Monday to Friday next week, when we will be giving you a chance to win tickets to this year's Power in the Park.
