THE Owl and the Pussycat are getting ready to moor their beautiful pea-green boat at The Corn Exchange in Newbury.
The traditional nursery rhyme (above) sees the two young adventurers set off across the sea with nothing but honey, money and a small guitar.
They travel for a year and a day, until they reach the land where the Bong-tree grows - and, from there, who knows what could happen?
In this production, the highly-acclaimed Tall Stories production company - creator of last year's The Gruffalo - uses storytelling, comedy and songs to create a magical world for children over the age of three.
Performances take place at 11am and 2pm on Wednesday, June 2.
For tickets, priced £6.50, contact The Corn Exchange box office on 01635 522733 or book online at www.cornexchangenew.com
