Bashley clinched a long-awaited New Forest derby visit to their near neighbours with a comfortable 46-run win.
In early trouble at 32, Bashley rallied to reach 203-6, Neil Taylor hitting 91 after a recovery by Andy Neal (49) and Neil Thurgood (31).
South Wilts were never in the hunt and were bowled out for 157 (Rob Wade 47).
Alton (108) lost by eight wickets to Farnham, who will host BAT Sports at Farnham Castle on Sunday.
Havant entertain Andover in the other local third round tie.
