BROOKVALE Teazer: Friday, May 21, at the village hall in Lower Brook Street.
The doors will be open from 7.30pm and the mayor will arrive at 8pm, when the quiz commences. Come as a team or make up the numbers when you arrive.
Tickets cost £4, include finger-food snacks, and can be obtained from Lin on 329475 or Pam on 352078.
All you need to do is bring your wits and your drinks.
PAINTING competition: Entitled "When I grow up I want to be...", your entry should be no larger than A4 size and can be done on any medium. Age categories are three to five, six to eight, and nine to 11 years.
Your age, name and contact details must be included with the entry and received by BCOT no later than Friday, June 4. The awards will be presented on Saturday, June 19, at the BCOT Fun Day.

AGM of Brookvale Community Association: This will be on Tuesday, May 25, in the village hall, Lower Brook Street, at 7.45pm for a glass of wine with the meeting starting at 8pm.
KEYS: A pair of keys has been found near Brookvale Close. One is a Yale type and the other belongs to a vehicle. Contact me for more details.
