SINGER-SONGWRITER Amy Wadge's profile is steadily rising in the music industry.
With a voice that has been described as "tough but tender", the smoky-voiced star has had a great year, receiving rave reviews for her debut album WOJ, and winning best female singer at the Welsh Music Awards for the second year running.
She has also been touring the UK and Europe, and comes to Portsmouth's Wedgewood Rooms on Wednesday, June 2.
Amy's first taste of stardom came when she was just 14 as one half of the girl-group Two of a Mind.
Their cover version of The Great Pretender reached 75 in the charts.
