THIS week's match coverage features some impressive team performances and some very high scoring from the under-14 sides involved.
Lymington under-14s started off as a school team but gradually developed to draw in girls from other schools.
The team has been together a few years now and was reflected by the excellent teamwork and awareness demonstrated in the 39-4 demolition of Home James.
Lymington's defence was outstanding and Home James were forced into many errors, gifting Lymington possession and chances to score. Needles to say, they took most of them.
Home James, however, deserve credit for never giving up against opponents who, on the day, just had a little more class and firepower.
Our second feature game was also a one-sided affair scoring-wise, Fleming Park's under-14s defeating their Applemore counterparts 35-5.
Fleming Park made a fast start and never relinquished their grip on the contest.
Excellent centre court play was the driving force behind Fleming's victory and one can only look forward with anticipation to a Fleming versus Lymington clash!
