Dave Gorman, Southampton Guildhall,
YOU can almost imagine Dave Gorman telling you about his latest adventure across a couple of pints down your local pub.
As soon as he walks onto the stage he sucks you into his latest madcap mission and you're rooting for him from the start.
Recounting the incredible experiences he encountered while conducting Dave Gorman's Googlewhack Adventure, he makes it all sound matter-of-fact yet utterly convincing.
This is all despite the fact he is telling you about travelling thousands of miles across the globe just to track down people who ran websites that contained a pair of words which aren't on any other site.
The amazing coincidences that determine his journey would on the face of it seem impossible but Gorman's emotional outbursts leave you in little doubt that he went through every bit of it for real.
His two-hour set seemed a little long but it makes the audience almost appreciate just what he went through to end up a winner.
