"EVERYBODY OUT!" was the cry many employers dreaded hearing during the 1970s.
But employment problems in the 21st century come in a more subtle form and complex legal problems can easily creep up on the unsuspecting employer.
The employment team from Southampton based law firm Paris Smith & Randall will be hosting a series of employment law seminars at the Saints' stadium.
Guest speaker is Stewart Dunn, the managing director of Daily Echo publisher Newsquest Southern.
He will speak on why it is vitally important for employers to keep up to date with employment law issues.
The two-hour seminars take place on June 9 (10.30am) and June 16 (4pm) and the topics covered will include new laws relating to discrimination based on religious or sexual orientation, new statutory grievance and disciplinary procedures, developments on working time and future developments including age discrimination.
Stewart said: "As a caring employer it is crucial that we keep ahead of the constant changes taking place in employment law.
"This seminar will highlight the newest issues affecting employers."
