SILVER Surfer Week: Begins on Thursday, at the Village Club, from 2pm to 4pm. This is a series of sessions designed to help people to get more out of the internet.
The first session is a workshop aimed at getting older people to add their story of life in the Second World War to the BBC's People's War website.
This will be followed, on May 19, by a free internet session to place people's memories onto the site.
Also, next Thursday, there will be three sessions - Introduction to the Internet, Genealogy on the Internet and Inputting to the Internet.
