A FREE exhibition of selected artwork by John Lennon is coming to Hampshire for the first time in June.
The collection titled "Imagine" will be exhibited at Courcoux & Courcoux Contemporary Art in Stockbridge, near Winchester.
While the late Beatle's music is remembered as his most popular art form, Lennon began drawing long before he had a guitar and attended the prestigious Liverpool Art College before The Beatles became a full-time occupation.
The exhibition illustrates Lennon's emotional and philosophical moments, in particular his love for Yoko Ono and their son, Sean.
Many limited edition works will be on sale at the exhibition with prices ranging from £400 to £4,000. The exhibition will run June 1 to 12, not Mondays, from 10am until 5pm. The gallery is in Nomads House in High Street.
