A 20-year-old has been remanded in custody while reports on his case are prepared.
Christopher Darcy, of Longfield Road, Winnall, admitted possessing an imitation firearm, leaving a restaurant without paying for a £96 meal and breaching an Anti-Social Behaviour Order.
Winchester Crown Court was told all the charges arose from an incident at the Cellar Peking, Jewry Street, Winchester, on Wednesday, February 18th.
Darcy pleaded not guilty to the theft of a Visa Electron card.
His Honour Judge Andrew Barnett adjourned the hearing until Friday, May 28th, for pre-sentence reports.
