A COACHLOAD of Winchester employees and their families are gearing up to watch the biggest football match in the city's history.
More than 50 people have booked a seat on a coach organised by Denplan, Winchester's biggest private employer.
They will join thousands of other fans travelling to Birmingham to cheer on Winchester City FC when they take on AFC Sudbury in the FA Vase final on Sunday, May 16.
Matt Woods, a practice support advisor who lives in Winchester, said: "I have been a supporter of the club from a young age and also played for them a couple of years ago. I am really looking forward to seeing them in the final of the FA Vase, it's really great to see a local side doing so well." David Edwards, a customer advisor from Chandler's Ford, said: "Having followed the team since moving to the area, it was a thrill to see them go through to the final. I can definitely see them winning 2-0, I'm so confident I've even put a £20 bet on it."
Denplan, a dental insurance company based in Victoria Road, is the club's main sponsor.
