JUMBLE sale: There will be a sale in Cross House on Saturday, April 24, from 2pm to 3.30pm.
Now is the chance to turn out all those unwanted household items and tidy up your wardrobe. Proceeds will go to St James' Church funds.
Churchwardens Richard Wood, who can be contacted on 881182, or Rodney Jennings, on 881334, can help if items need collection.
POTATO competition: The date for collecting seed potatoes has been extended until tomorrow.
You can get them from Robert Dance at Caron, Coopers Lane, or Anne Porter, 9 Longbridge Road.
CARERS Together: All carers are invited to a Relaxation Day from 10.30am to 2.30pm on May 6, with an opportunity to try reflexology, Indian head massage and some arts and crafts.
The venue will be Hylton Court, Bowmonts Road, Tadley, and lunch will be included.
For those who cannot attend daytime meetings, a new group will meet at Tadley Community Centre, on May 18, from 7pm to 9pm.
FLORAL society: Artists of Design was the title of the demonstration by Mrs Eileen King for the April meeting of Bramley and Romans Floral Society.
Eileen gave a history of each of her subjects as she put the flowers in place.
PARISH council: The council will meet at 7.30pm in the Village Hall on Monday.
The new parish clerk, Mrs Taylor, has taken up her appointment and will be taking over at the meeting.
