SHE'S got the look - but will it help stop the cash till woes of retail giant Marks & Spencer?
The company, which employs more than 900 staff at branches in Southampton, Hedge End, Winchester and Fareham, hopes sultry images like this from its Truly You lingerie collection will help generate extra custom this summer.
M&S needs a shot in the arm regarding sales - latest performance figures show the company's much-vaunted recovery has stalled.
Overall sales in clothing dipped by 2.5 per cent, and like-for-like sales across the group fell by 3.4 per cent on a year earlier.
Now a shake-up is firmly on the cards in the battle to restore confidence and local employees are wondering how this will affect them.
Their London-based boss, chief executive Roger Holmes, said changes are now planned across the group.
He added: "This is a disappointing performance and is clearly not good enough.
"We are at a different stage than we were 18 months to two years ago but the market and our customers move on and we need to improve more quickly in what we offer our customers.
"We still have one million customers coming through our stores each week but we need to do more to convert that customer traffic into sales."
He believed visitors would soon start to see improvements from greater choice and sharper pricing but that the impact of new appointments in womenswear would not have a full impact until next spring.
Measures highlighted by the business include the need for greater consistency in the appeal of womenswear, more inspirational stores and improvements to the way its stores, head office and supply chain operate.
The latest figures covering the 11 weeks to March 27 come as blow to M&S, which suffered a lacklustre Christmas, after the chain showed signs of recovery last year. Despite the latest disappointment, M&S said a strong control of costs meant it was still likely to meet City results forecasts, which are for profits in the year to April 3 of about £760m - up from last year's £713.7m.
The nationwide company, founded in 1884, employs 564 people at its Hedge End flagship store, 182 at WestQuay, Southampton, 100 at Winchester and 70 in Fareham.
