WINCHESTER City's youth team has set the standard for the senior squad after they cruised to victory in their very own cup final.
The match came just weeks before City's main team travels to Birmingham for the biggest match in the club's history.
Everyone at City is hoping that they too will come back with something sparkly to add to the trophy cabinet.
The Under 16s played in the Hampshire Cup Final against BSC Grange from Bournemouth.
They won 2-1 and are now hoping that it will be a good omen for the older players who will play in the final of the FA Vase on May 16.
The youth team is backing them all the way and cannot wait to cheer them on at Birmingham's St Andrew's Stadium.
The under 16s compete in the City of Southampton Youth League and are also through to their league cup final.
Wayne Mew, manager of the under 16s, said: "The youth team have handed out some tremendous support and they have been very vocal in backing the first team in their massive Vase final.
"Obviously this was a great win for us, though it was a lot harder than expected.
"It was a good close game and it was especially pleasing that they have picked up a trophy at the end of a great season."
