AN AIR conditioning and refrigeration specialist in Hampshire is planning to expand even more.
Adcock Group, which was established in 1964 and now has an annual turnover of £20m, has been steadily increasing its client base.
The group has 15 fully-resourced UK centres, with the headquarters in Fareham.
An upgraded business plan drawn up by new local branch manager Gavin Piotrowski forecasts that the branch could grow tenfold in the next three years alone.
The catalyst for Adcock's early growth in the area has been ongoing work for the distribution giant Palmer & Harvey.
Adcock was instrumental in P&H's creation in Fareham of a purpose-built chilled and frozen foods distribution facility.
The branch also works for major retail outlets and sees significant growth potential in the proliferation of hotels along the holiday coastline.
Gavin was headhunted for his success as operations manager for Haden Building Management in London, where he controlled a £3m annual workload.
His work was based around service and maintenance for large retailers and at one point included 86 Tesco properties.
