A HAMPSHIRE leisure park's newest residents are making a splash in the spring sunshine. TV presenter Chris Packham, pictured, officially unveiled the new Penguin Pool at Paultons Park.
The £100,000 pool is the new home to 18 Humboldt penguins which arrived from zoos across the UK earlier in the year.
They originate from Peru and are endangered species. The park hopes to breed the penguins in the coming years to boost their numbers.
Livestock manager Geoff Masson said: "We have introduced keeper talks and feeding sessions twice a day that have been extremely popular with all visitors, young and old."
