This was despite the absence of Stuart Summers, out with injury for over half the season and also Michael Elford, who missed key matches due to his commitment to tournaments abroad.
Chris Wilson improved throughout the season and was equally comfortable playing at number two or number one string when required.
Adrian Williams missed only two matches all season and Gary Hales played every match.
