FOLLOWING Lindisfarne's retirement from recording and performing in November 2003, the spring 2004 Lindisfarne Acoustic UK tour will be the final opportunity to experience them in a concert situation.
And Basingstoke's Central Studio will play host to the group on Sunday, April 25, beginning at 8pm.
Lindisfarne Acoustic will be delving into the Alan Hull, Rod Clements and Billy Mitchell songbook and polishing up some long-lost gems for inclusion with the more contemporary material that their audience has become accustomed to.
Lindisfarne Acoustic comprises Rod Clements on dobro, mandolin and vocals, Dave Hull-Denholm on 12-string guitar, harmonica and vocals, and Billy Mitchell on guitar, mandolin, harmonica and vocals.
Tickets for this unique experience are £15, with concessions available. Call the box office on 01256 418318.
