ONE travel business in the south was more than happy to hand out holidays worth £50,000 to a lucky winner.
Margaret Blamey from Wootton Creek on the Isle of Wight was drawn out of the hat from tens of thousands of hopefuls who entered the draw. She and her partner won a lifetime's worth of holidays by Portsmouth-based holiday operator Sunsail.
The prize entitles her and her husband to 25 years of Sunsail Club, flotilla or bareboat holidays in the Mediterranean, free of charge.
Olympic gold medal sailor Shirley Robertson presented Mrs Blamey with her prize on the Sunsail stand at the Schroders London Boat Show.
Mrs Blamey said: "My husband and I have been dreaming of taking a Sunsail holiday for some years, and now our dream has come true with this wonderful prize. We will look forward to reading each new brochure as it comes out and deciding where to go next."
