Raining heavily in the rain forest,
Animals running home in the heavy rain,
Insects still outside.
No rain anymore - outside to play!
Falling waterfalls fresh and clean.
Oranges being eaten by monkeys,
Rivers being drunk by elephants and hippos,
Elephants running around like mad!
Snakes slithering up trees,
Tigers roaring for animals to hear.
Fred Stanley of Winchester sent this poem in on behalf of his grand-daughter Katerina.
