HAMPSHIRE company Rok property solutions has moved from its former base at Eastleigh into brand new offices it has built for itself at Solent business Park at Whiteley, near Fareham.
Rokeagle, the group's development team based in Southampton, is creating The Links office campus on the park, consisting of six units in the first phase, four of which were sold before they were finished by Rok's construction team.
Phase two, providing a further five buildings, will be completed in September.
Rok employees rolled up their sleeves to help with the move to one of the new buildings, known as St Andrew's House.
Rok employs 110 staff at the Solent office, and 1,600 people nationally.
Area director Iain Thayne said: "This business has changed dramatically in the last couple of years since it was rebranded as Rok and we are expanding rapidly in a bid to offer our unique develop, build, maintain property solutions across the length and breadth of the UK.
"There is a tremendous buzz about the place now and staff feel ready to meet the challenges of the new year which, all the indications show, will continue Rok's record-breaking trend."
