NOT one of the top-of-the-range executive houses built by David Wilson homes in Kempshott four years ago has changed hands - until now.
All five homes at Hummingbird Court have had the same owners since they were built, but now the current residents of an Ashcroft-style property are on the move.
They have put their five-bedroomed house (above) on the market with Savoy Estates at £399,950, which the agents describe as being presented in "show house condition".
The traditionally-styled house has a walk-in bay window and feature fireplace in the sitting room, with double doors through to the dining room, where French doors open to the garden.
Wood-front units in the kitchen form a peninsular to divide it from the breakfast area. This leads through to an open-plan family room where there is a set of French doors leading outside.
The whole area has ceramic floor tiles and the kitchen appliances include an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The ceramic tiles are repeated in the adjoining utility room, which has a personal door into the integral double garage.
A galleried landing leads to the bedrooms, which all have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom features an en suite shower room and the family bathroom includes a shower cubicle.
