TRAFFIC Calming Working Group: The first meeting of the group took place at the Jolly Farmer recently, with 14 people and Pc Bob Such present.
The details concerning the discussion can be seen on the website www.cliddesden.org.uk
However, traffic speed in the village was regarded by all as a priority issue.
If you have any ideas related to the traffic problems in Cliddesden, please e-mail them to traffic.calming@cliddesden.org.uk
CLIDDESDEN, Farleigh Wallop and Ellisfield Horticultural Society: Subscriptions are now due - £5 per household.
The first presentation of the new year is on Wednesday, at 7.45pm in Ellisfield Memorial Hall, when Mr John Negus will speak about "Conservatory and Greenhouse Gardening".
SPORTING facilities: After analysing the information supplied in the questionnaire about additional sporting facilities at the hall, it appears that there was little support for such a scheme - what a pity!
The area behind the hall will now become landscaped.
