Brookvale Lottery: Annual membership is now due for renewal.
This is a great way to support your local community for less than £10 per year. The bonus factor is that you have an opportunity to win back £10 in a monthly draw, in addition to bonus draws throughout the year.
The only requirement is that you live within or adjacent to the Brookvale area.
For details of how to join or renew, please contact me on the above number, and I will put you in touch with the current organiser.
PLANNING application: Loftplan's planning application, off Alexandra Road, has been withdrawn.
It is believed that the plan would have meant over-development of the area. We anticipate that a revised plan will be submitted.
3Cs COFFEE mornings: The next ones will be held on Saturday, February 7, and March 6.
Cllr John Shaw will be in attendance and is looking forward to meeting with you and discussing any concerns you have about the area.
DROP-IN workshop: On Wednesday, February 18, there will be a drop-in workshop session at Attwood Close mobile home site.
This has been organised by the borough council, who will have an exhibition trailer situated at the entrance to the car park from noon to 3pm.
All concerned are invited to view and discuss plans for improvements at Fletcher Close play area.
