A SOUTHAMPTON youth club is on the hunt for volunteers to help expand a popular Saturday morning club.
The St Jude's Church club, in Warren Avenue, Coxford, organises arts, crafts, baking and sports for seven to 11-year-olds.
But now the youth group, set up with the help of an Outer Shirley Regeneration cash injection, wants to expand.
Youth worker Ally Dudley wants to start a club for 11 to 24-year-olds but more volunteers are desperately needed to help run Sunday afternoon sessions and an after-school club. She said: "We need people to assist youth workers in all aspects of the projects work, including the running of activities from arts and craft to drama and cooking. There's also the chance to get involved in off-site activities such as rock climbing and paintball."
Ring Ally on 023 8051 1040 if you can help.
