Residents of the Andover area will have an opportunity to view Test Valley Borough Council's revised local plan at two exhibitions to be held next week at the Guildhall.
They will also have the chance to make comments on the changes that have been made, following last year's consultation.
Councillor Tony Jackson, Test Valley Borough Council's environment portfolio holder, said: "I would like to encourage everyone to take the opportunity to look at the changes and discuss the new proposals with the staff present at the exhibitions about the revisions made to the plan.
"These exhibitions are part of the formal process of developing the plan.
"Comments we receive will be passed on to the inspector to be included in the public inquiry due to be held later this year."
The key changes affecting the Andover area are: A proposed local gap between Andover and Abbotts Ann;
Proposals to expand the existing Andover bus station; Inclusion of a new policy for the surrounding villages aimed at supporting local initiatives to sustain rural communities.
The exhibitions are being held at the Upper Guildhall, Andover on Thursday 29 January from 10am tp 9pm. The Upper Guildhall, Andover on Friday 30 January from 10am to 6pm.
