THE owners of a Kings Worthy business robbed of stock worth £100,000 want people to be on the lookout for that type of product.
The top-of-the-range gear was snatched from Accutek Electronic Services, in Foundry Yard, London Road, and could be on sale at a cut price across the region.
The car electronics firm was cleared of almost all of its stock but staff valiantly reopened for business yesterday.
Locals need to be on the lookout for masses of in-car navigation equipment, music systems and in-car screens. Most of the equipment is made either by the Phoenix Gold or Kenwood brand.
It is all embossed with traceable serial numbers and should only be sold by authorised dealerships.
Chris Payne, business partner, said: "We're not fully up and running because we've still got to replace a lot of stock. We're doing what we can with what we've got.
"We've pretty much got no stock apart from the display stuff but we will be back up and running as we were. It will take a bit of time if we haven't got stock in but we will order it for customers and we hope people will take what's happened into consideration."
The firm is also working hard to honour jobs that were already booked in before the raid.
A very small proportion of the stolen goods has been recovered by police, including a £9,000 Ducati motorbike which was seized in the Southampton area.
As reported in yesterday's Daily Echo, three men from the Southampton area were arrested the day after last Thursday's raid.
Anyone with information should contact DC Steve Deeprose at Winchester CID on 0845 045 4545.
