SHAMPOO manufacturer Herb (UK) has just agreed a ten-year lease on industrial premises at Ampress Park, Lymington.
The building at 130 Ampress Park has 922.5 m (9,930 sq ft) of floor space and was let to Herb by UBS Global Asset Management (UK).
Commercial property consultants Vail Williams acted on behalf of UBS Global Asset Management (UK) to secure the lease.
Ampress Park is a 35-acre business park situated just to the north of Lymington town centre.
It has 33 business units varying in size from under 150 sq m to over 5,500 sq m and all have been refurbished.
In addition, there are various plots of land that are suitable for development of office, industrial and warehouse uses.
Following the letting to Herb (UK), less than half of the industrial space at Ampress Park remains available.
Other recent lettings have been to the Plumbcentre and MFI (Howdens).
Irene Spencer from Vail Williams said: "This is an extremely well-placed, high quality development suitable for any number of uses. Many of the units are available on leasehold or freehold basis and we have already let or sold a good number of sites and inquiries are still coming in.
"There has been a historic shortage of these types of quality business units in the New Forest area and Ampress Park is ideally placed to meet the demand."
