PENSIONER Joy Fooks is literally jumping for joy after scooping a big win on the bingo.
The 70-year-old is already planning to use part of her bumper cheque, worth more than £52,000, on taking her
stroke victim husband Norman on a cruise.
Joy said: "I did the wages for a big company before I retired and my husband, who is 75, was a British Rail safety manager.
"Unfortunately, he has had a bad stroke and is not all that well. If I could use this money to pay for him to get well I would.
"He cannot fly but I think he could manage a cruise so I am hoping we will go to Sydney where our son Ian lives. Otherwise, I am going to send my son a ticket so he can come home."
The couple also have a 44-year-old daughter who has three sons. Joy, of Eastleigh, said: "She is very good to us and I will pay for her to have a nice holiday as well."
It was at the Leo Leisure Club in The Park Suite, Leigh Road that Joy won the National Bingo Game prize of £50,000, the regional prize of £2,099 and the club prize of £37.
