THANKS to the scramble to be eligible for prestigious awards, cinema-goers in Southampton are in for a treat this week.
In order to be considered for the BAFTA Awards, several films are being shown in one cinema for one week only, prior to their scheduled release date, and Southampton ODEON has got lucky with Something's Gotta Give.
The film, which will go on national release in February, stars Diane Keaton, Jack Nicholson and Keanu Reeves as three people who find themselves unexpectedly being caught up in a love triangle.
Ageing music executive Harry (Nicholson) has a fondness for younger women. But his life changes when he has a heart attack at the house of his current girlfriend's mother, Erica (Keaton).
To complicate matters, Harry's younger doctor (Reeves) also falls for Erica and a complicated love triangle begins to develop.
