THE ACADEMY of Ancient Music, whose players include some of the leading exponents in their field, are appearing in a Baroque Concerto Festival at Turner Sims Concert Hall, Southampton, on Tuesday.
Among their principle players, the academy boasts some of the leading exponents in their fields.
The programme includes the hauntingly beautiful Albinoni oboe concerto in D minor and the Vivaldi violin concerto For the sacred tongue of St Antony as
well as music from CPE Bach.
The concert will feature Pavlo Beznosiuk on violin and Rachel Brown on flute.
