Romsey are shaping up for a local derby double over city rivals Southampton - having beaten them in early November.
It gives the Red and Whites a score to settle when the pair do battle again tomorrow.
It was a major surprise when Romsey put the boot into Southampton's promotion bid, with a Graham Noble-inspired 28-17 success at Test Park, considering the visitors had only won a single league contest prior to that match.
The roles are no different this time - Southampton are fourth and Romsey still perilously placed near the foot of the table - but the difference will be that Tony Cador's side will not take their opposition so lightly this time.
They have named a 19-man full-strength squad for the fixture and included Alex Scott, the veteran try-scoring machine, with 18 in the last month, on the wing.
"We will be looking for a much improved performance than that day," said Dave Griffiths, the club's fly-half.
Romsey are still without scrum-half Darren Sharpe so Gavin Harbour continues to fill in, while Richard Worley returns to tighthead and Paul Double moves back to lock.
"I am confident we will not buckle under the pressure and we will be more than up for this game," adds coach Bryan Musk.
Tottonians' outside chances of promotion from London Division Three South-West will depend on their restart to the season and their trip to winless Old Blues, who surprised many by losing by a single point on their last outing at Effingham & Leatherhead.
They are well known to improve after Christmas and Totts could find this out for themselves, but they are becoming a steady outfit themselves and are only missing Gareth Edwards, who is on holiday for a fortnight.
With Alistair Ramus back in the fold and playing in the second and Guy Tonkins knocking on the door for a recall, places are up for grabs and skipper Miles Northover has told his players such.
"This match will be tough, even though Blues have not won any games," he said.
"There is fierce competition for places and I can see in training that the side is getting better and better."
