THE band who provided the haunting music for Michael Flatley's stage spectacular Riverdance will be grabbing a bit of the limelight themselves next month.
Founded by Dublin-born composer Michael McGlynn, Anuna will be calling at The Anvil, Basingstoke as part of their UK tour.
Since parting company with Riverdance in 1996, the band have toured all over the world, bringing their exploration of 2,000 years of Celtic vocal music to a vast range of venues, including a Sultan's palace in Morocco, Glasgow Celtic Connections Festival and the BBC Proms.
You can see Anuna at The Anvil on February 5. For tickets and information call the box office on 01256 844244.
