TRADITIONAL pantomime fun is on offer from the Woolston, Weston and Sholing Players' show In Days of Old When Knights Were Bold.
The lively self-penned panto sees the players recreate the time of King Arthur, with just a few tweaks of their own.
The show, which features 25 locals, should also raise about £2,000 for Macmillan Cancer Relief.
Marie Slade of the WWSP said: "It'll be good fun and very funny.
"It is an original pantomime with original songs and it's a community show."
The next performance is on Friday with further shows on Saturday, Friday, January 16 and Saturday, January 17.
Performances take place at 7pm in Weston Park Junior School, Weston Lane, Southampton.
Tickets cost £3.50 for adults, £2.50 for concessions or £11 for a family ticket, and are available on 0771 9259209 or on the door.
