Veteran Pete Harding played in Ordnance Survey's 4-2 extra time victory over Island side West Wight, his second show in a week, but the real hero was super sub James Chalk who came off the bench to hit both extra time goals.
Ricky Fernandez had put the Mapmen in front but they were trailing 2-1 until Graham Young levelled to take the tie into extra time and set up Chalk with the chance to make a name for himself.
Eastleigh Comrades came back from their long distance trek to the North of the County with a fine 3-0 win at Hartley Wintney, courtesy of a fine treble from star striker Afree Constable.
Hamble Club edged a sportingly and evenly contested tie with Oakfield (IoW) 3-1 and local neighbours Netley Central disposed of Portsmouth University by the same margin.
Netley Reserves, however, fell to Southbourne. Colden Common, though, maintained local interest with a fine 1-0 win at Envy Sports.
Romsey took Paulsgrove to extra time but bowed out 3-2, Otterbourne went down 2-0 to Aldershot League leaders Frimley Select and Locksley Sports put up a great fight before going down 2-1 to Westover. Q K Southampton fell 6-3 at AFC Portchester.
The draw of the last sixteen will take place this week.
