Win-happy Winchester City were in a hurry as they extended their advantage at the top of the Sydenhams Wessex League to eight points with a 4-0 victory at Moneyfields - their 14th success in 15 league games.
All four goals came in a devastating 10-minute spell midway through the second half with SWL top goalscorer Andy Forbes notching yet another hat-trick - the pick being a scorcher 25-yard effort.
David Goss also etched his name on the scoresheet as Moneyfields' ten-match unbeaten run came to a shuddering halt.
Forbes has now belted 27 league goals already in 2003/04 - 14 more than nearest rival Stuart Findley of Bemerton.
