HUNDREDS of Eastleigh residents are to have a say on the future of parks and open spaces in the borough.
The council recently sent out a questionnaire to 4,000 random addresses throughout the borough.
The aim was to find out what residents would like provided in parks and open spaces in the future and what they think of the quality of current services.
Executive councillor for leisure Alan Broadhurst said: "So far we have had over 800 replies, which is an excellent response.
"Their responses will be part of the council's wider consultation process which will result in the development of a borough-wide parks and open spaces strategy."
