A GROUP of young film-makers from a Southampton estate have seen their first documentary finally released.
Don't Know What's Coming takes a look at domestic violence and was produced for the NSPCC Young People Conference later this year.
Four teenagers from Thornhill, in Southampton, were behind the film, working closely with artists, musicians and the community film-making resource City Eye.
Financial support for the project, organised by the NSPCC's young people's advisory group HYPE came from New Deal for Communities in Thornhill.
NSPCC community worker Paul Ryan said: "This video project has really helped the group develop. In addition to writing the script and lyrics, acting and recording music, they had to apply for grants to fund it."
The conference will be the official premiere of the video - but you can see it now. Contact Paul Ryan on 023 8024 8180.
