Cup favourites V T FC progressed to the third round with a 3-0 win against local outfit Cadnam United with Mike Spinney, Gary Male and Jamie Bedford scoring.
Hythe & Dibden knocked out first-round giantkillers Burridge Sports 4-0, Waynes Harvey and Male scoring, along with Dean Chapman and Nathan Oakley.
The biggest shock of the day was Senior 1 high-flyers Wellow's 4-3 defeat of Hampshire Premier Division Fawley after extra time with a double from Owen Buttle, a Mike Harris goal and a penalty winner from Ricky Hill.
Another shock saw Eastleigh Comrades ko Winchester City's second string on penalties after a thrilling 4-4 draw (John Ellard, Mick Randall, Duane Neufville and John Tabiri).
Eastleigh Com Reserves also progressed with a narrow 3-2 win at BTC Reserves.
Four goals in a ten-minute spell early in the second half helped Eastleigh Reserves overcome Hamble Harriers 6-0. An own goal secured Otterbourne's passage against BTC Soton while Ashley Warren hit the Romsey Town winner at Ordnance Survey.

Semi-finalists of the last two seasons, Mottisfont were beaten on penalties by Botley Village. AFC Arrow had a 1-0 extra time win against Hamble Club.
