A CARAVAN business in Hampshire has won a top consumer award thanks to satisfied customers.
Chichester Caravans, based in Main Road, Colden Common, has been crowned Abbey Caravans Dealer of the Year 2003 at a glittering awards ceremony.
The company romped home to victory after achieving the highest customer satisfaction scores in an independent survey commissioned by the Swift Group, the UK's largest manufacturer of touring caravans and motor homes.
The awards are the only scheme in the country where customers appraise the level of sales and after-sales service by rating dealers in a wide variety of areas after buying an Abbey touring caravan.
TV impersonator Rory Bremner and Swift Group chairman Peter Smith made the presentation.
