OAKLEAF Brewing Company in Gosport once again produced its award-winning special harvest brew - made with fresh green hops only harvested on one day each year.
Most real ales in the UK are brewed from hops which have been dried out to last through the year.
However, the Oakleaf brew, dubbed Green Gold, is brewed with fresh hops that must be used within 24 hours of having been picked.
In times past, hop growers would always make a special harvest brew from a small quantity of green hops before drying the rest.
Brewer Ed Anderson, who got hold of the hops from Pride-wood Hop Farm, said: "We are delighted to be brewing Green Gold again this year.
"Customers who try it say there is nothing quite like it."
