YOUNG rhythmic gymnast Freya Tee (pictured) gave an impressive performance at the Scottish Open Individual Apparatus Championships to claim a place in the British Championships.
Tee's club, Rhythmic South, who train in Southampton, had great success at the event, competing against youngsters from all over the UK with several notable performances in each age group.
Rhythmic South results:
Under-10 section: Freya Tee: Gold, free/ Silver, hoop; Cathy Chen: Gold, ball/Bronze, hoop/ Bronze, free.
Under-12 section: Imogen Pierce: Gold, hoop/Bronze, ribbon.
Under-14 section: Joanna Foyle: Gold, free/Gold, hoop; Carly Bishop: Silver, Hoop; Bennath Atkinson: Bronze, Hoop.
Senior section (over-14s): Gemma Hosey: Gold, rope/Gold, ribbon/Silver, hoop; Olivia Pierce: Silver, rope/Bronze, ribbon; Nuala Page: Bronze, Rope.
