DRUGS awareness and sexual health were the order of the day when staff at HSBC in Southampton attended a series of talks aimed at getting them healthy.
The events were part of a number of activities organised by company bosses at the offices in Nelson Gate, Commercial Road, as part of Let's Get Healthy Week.
Employees were able to enjoy massages and aerobics classes during the week as well as a healthy menu in the staff restaurant. There was also an information library and charity raffle in aid of Cancer Research UK and Wessex Heartbeat.
Community relationship manager David Fawcett said: "The aim of the week is to encourage the 1,400 HSBC staff in Southampton to lead more healthy lifestyles."
