LOOKING to revitalise flagging sales and give business a boost?
A special course being staged at the Chilworth Business Incubator, near Southampton, could be one for the diary. Entitled Back to Basics with Sales and Negotiation, the programme will be led by Ian Thomas of Proactive Trading (Hampshire) Ltd in collaboration with the Southampton Enterprise Hub.
Topics to be covered next Monday include the role of the sales person, how to establish and confirm needs, research and planning, closing the sale, the follow up, and how to find new customers.
Designed to rejuvenate sales management, the course will be aimed at delegates who have previous experience or are new to a company, looking for the best angle in effective sales.

The course costs £140 plus VAT including buffet lunch and refreshments.
