A CHANDLER'S FORD school has started the new academic year with ten out of ten marks.
An Investor in People award follows a rigorous review lasting almost a year.
The Quality South East Assessment and Recognition Unit has been examining how Toynbee invests in its teaching and support staff.
And the awarding body's glowing verdict was: "It is clear from the supporting remarks from staff that there is an integrated and valued approach to staff development."
Deputy head teacher Derryn Stonestreet, who was praised in the report for the support she provides for all staff, was delighted with the assessors' findings.
She said: "Toynbee prides itself in valuing its prime resource - our teaching and support staff - who work hard to provide a challenging but enjoyable learning environment for our pupils.
"We are delighted that Investors in People have recognised our commitment and our success."
