Winchester City boss Neil Hards already knows plenty about Chippenham Town - but he insists his next FA Cup team talk will last just two minutes.
Wessex League Winchester were yesterday handed an FA Cup trip to Dr Martens Premier Division Chippenham following their 3-2 win away to the Met Police on Saturday.
It is another big test for last season's Hampshire League champions, but the good news is that Chippenham have not won any of the four league games at their Hardenhuish Park ground this season.
Former Gloucester and Cheltenham goalkeeper Hards, pictured, said: "I saw Chippenham play twice last year and I've still got a lot of friends in that part of the west country who know a lot about them as well.
"They have a totally different style of play to us. They're very direct - they look to get the ball to the front two very quickly, often by-passing the midfield, whereas we like to get the ball down and play football.
"Banstead, who we beat in an earlier round, were also direct. They launched the ball into the centre forwards and we came out on top then, so I'm not too worried about Chippenham.
"We'll concentrate on our strengths. I'll spend about two minutes talking about Chippenham in my team talk because I know we've got the players to beat them.
"All the pressure will be on them and, if we play a well as did in the first 80 minutes against the Met Police, we'll do well."
Winchester were 3-0 up on the Met Police with ten minutes left before conceding two late goals on Saturday. But they hung on to win a place in yesterday's lunchtime draw.
Hards added: "I'm disappointed that we didn't get a home draw, especially for the supporters, but we had plenty of away games last year and did okay and we always seem to give a good account of ourselves against teams from a higher division.
"We certainly won't go to Chippenham with any trepidation.
"There won't be any fear from my players at all - it will be a good yardstick for us."
Havant & Waterlooville have been handed a mouth-watering local derby at Bognor Regis while Andover will play down the road from Winchester on September 27 - they play at Cirencester.
Salisbury City have been rewarded for their 4-1 win against Taunton with a home tie against Westbury United.
Basingstoke Town host Cray Wander-ers while Fleet Town travel to New-market and Newport IOW host Tiverton Town.
Replays take place on or before October 2 2003.
