VARIOUS organisations will be on the receiving end if the Chandler's Ford and Hiltingbury Local Area Committee rubber-stamp community support grants amounting to £1,390.
Councillors are being recommended to approve a grant of £730 to help the 2nd Ramalley Guide Company to buy three tents.
A cheque for £150 could be winging its way to Age Concern, Chan-dler's Ford, to help foot the bill for producing 400 copies of its information booklet.
The committee is also being recommended to give £160 to the Basement Youth Club at Chan-dler's Ford, who need to replace signs at the centre because it recently changed its name from the Chandler's Ford Boys Club.
Also in line for financial support is the Queen Elizabeth II Acti-vities Centre at Bursledon, which is likely to get a grant of £350 to help with its work with people with physical and learning disabilities.
